The IM=X® Fundamentals class provides a strong foundation in the core principles of the IM=X® method, equipping you to perform movements with precision, strength, and confidence. In this introductory session, you will learn to properly elongate, engage, and stabilize your core while simultaneously strengthening and stretching the upper and lower body. Guided by a certified IM=X® Trainer, you will also gain an understanding of optimal spring loads and reformer (Xercizer) configurations tailored to your individual needs. This class is ideal for new students and serves as a valuable starting point for joining group sessions.
